Happy Birthday To Orkut

Can you believe its been 6 whole years since Orkut was released to big bad world that is the web.  What was one man’s dream has now become almost 100 millions peoples reality in Orkut.

Last year Google made changes to Orkut which boosted its popularity they are as such

• Community simplicity.
• Photo comments.
• Help forum.
• Went Mobile
• Incorporated Face detection in images
• Also added the Live video chat.
• Added instant chat
• Introduced a new awesome redesign which saw the site rocket.
• Launched promote.

Rumour has it that Google intends to take on Facebook and Twitter this year with much anticipated updates to Orkut we wait in excitement for the new updates we will obviously write about it and let you know first here at Orkut Login
